Jane Fonda Complex
This is a hip strenghting complex. Lie down on your side; rotate your hip about 20 degrees. Foot at all times should be toe down heel up. 4 exercises make up the complex, each should be done for X number of seconds. (1) With a straight leg move leg up and down (2) Keeping toe up, heel down and knee high bring your heel back to your butt (3) bring knee to your chest again, toe down, heel up, knee high (4) make circles with your leg in a clockwise rotation.
15 Second Jane Fonda = 15 Seconds each movement
20 Second Jane Fonda = 20 Seconds each movement
30 Second Jane Fonda = 30 Seconds Each Movement, etc.
