Pinch Grip Assessment:

 

Level 1: Hold on for 30 sec.

Rest 1 min.

Level 2: Walk up board, hitting each hold

Rest 1 min.

Level 3: Walk up and down board, hitting each hold

Rest 1 min.

Level 4: Dyno up board, hitting each hold

Rest 1 min.

Level 5: Dyno up and down, hitting each hold

 

Pinch Grip Work:

 

Train for the prescribed rounds and time at the level you assessed at. If you fail at that level, drop immediately to the next lowest level. If you fail again, drop one level again, and so on until you’ve completed all rounds.
