Please note, however, that most MTI training plans prescribe a “Ruck Run.” This means run with your ruck. We haven’t got any technique tips for you for ruck running as it seems everyone is different. The one thing we can offer, which applies to both unloaded running and ruck running, is shorter, faster/more strides seem overall faster than longer strides, but fewer strides.
