Start with the sandbag on the ground at one side. 

Kneel down and grap it by the bag or the handles - your choice.

Then, in one motion, explosively twist and toss the sandbag as far as possible across your body. Form doesn't matter - whatever works to toss the sandbag as far as possible. 

5x Sandbag Rotational Toss = 5x one direction, then 5x the other, or 10x total.
